Some people think it's better to choose friends who always have the same opinions as them. Other people believe it's good to have friends who some times disagree with them. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Choosing a friend and maintaining a friendship is crucial for being mentally healthy. Some believed that friends should accord with them on every single topic while others hold the view that disagreement could be beneficial and even constructive. I believe that despite being confirmed, expressing different opinion among friends can be effective. Admittedly, sharing the same desires causes less conflict between friends, respectively, lead to long lasting friendship and enjoying the common interests. The reason why people searching for those to have the same opinion are that individuals like to be confirmed by others.
This
gives them the feeling of desire and self esteem.
For example
, two people who are agreeing that gambling in poker is not unethical
,
Accept space
,
enjoy long hours of playing poker without undergoing any dissidence.
However
, discord in friendship is vital in making crucial decisions in life. In
such
milestones individuals not only thinking about confirmation but
also
look for someone with broadening horizon to consult and guide them wisely. Disagreement can shed light on those aspects of life you are unaware of and
this
can lead to success.
For instance
, when I was dither about which career I choose, I sought consultation from friends who disagreed with me on dozens of issues. Despite
this
, I found their suggestions about employment is practical, they enlightened me about the issues I had neither foreseen on my own nor received from friends similar to me in character. If I were not receiving counter ideas, I would not be reaching the position I stand now. In conclusion, while having friends sharing the same values are beneficial, it is equally important to have friends with different view of point.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
