Nowadays parents put too much pressure on their children to succeed. What is the reason for doing this? Is this a negative or positive development?

These days, all parents want their children to be the most successful, the smartest, and so on. There are several reasons for
this
, and they all have both positive and negative effects.
First
of all, the most obvious reason is that the world is constantly evolving, and that young people must
also
constantly work on themselves to keep up with it.
For instance
, to get a good job a person must have a higher education and some kind of creative thinking. Especially nowadays there is a lot of competition everywhere. To do
this
, from school years you need to learn to work for yourself, as well as for a good diploma and future.
Therefore
, parents demand good grades, knowledge and, of course, efforts

for
children.
In addition
, some parents try to be realized through their children.
That is
, to force them to do what they once wanted themselves, but perhaps their parents did not allow them. It is
also
possible that these parents were required to do the same, and now they are
also
bringing up their children. I think that children just need real support from their parents. Especially, they need help to find a sphere that they like and
as a result
of work, they will succeed.
Also
, i hope that all parents will understand
this
and that children will not have to endure excessive pressure from their parents

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
