Employers sometimes ask people applying jobs for personal information, such as their hobbies and interests, and whether they are married or single. Some people say that this information may be useful and relevant. Others disagree. Discuss booth view and give your opinion.

Employers are, in
this
competitive era, looking for an inquisitive employee who can fit into criteria perfectly. Few people believe that to get to know the employee’s personal information may help them to find a perfect human while others think differently. I believe getting personal data is very helpful for many jobs and there is nothing wrong to do that.
Firstly
, when employers take interview and ask people about their hobbies and interests, they can come to know about the life style and what other things are important in their lives. The common interests make an excellent team for whom company gets success.
For example
, if one person has the same thinking like the individual is working in the community for a long time they can make a good pair and the conversations become smoothly between them. These all matters for a big company where ideas and the way of thinking play a great role.
Secondly
, I believe that asking about married or single
also
impacts in many kinds of jobs where the hormonal attractions can be harmful to the team as well as people. For an instance, if the candidate is not married can have the thoughts of getting attention from other person, no matter how much stronger the person’s dedications are. In the role of astronaut, the personal report does matter.
Moreover
, in health care professions, it is important to know about the person’s background details due to the risk of harm to many vulnerable people if somebody has a past history of crime or abuse, they can be dangerous for a group.
On the other hand
, people
also
think that getting all personal queries may lead discriminating jobs.
For example
, in Mexico, people who try to give interviews and letting them know about the personal hobbies and more info may take away the position because of the background and some social reputations. The individual can leave behind,
however
, he/she has abundant knowledge and skills. If employers are bound to not closure any privacy and confidential matters than the term ‘racist’ can be resolved, but that cannot be practically possible as many jobs require background report. I pen down here by recapitulating that the privacy, intelligence is important to get an excellent employee, but equality, experience and the dedication level should not be left behind.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
