completing university education is thought by some to be the best way to get a good job. On the other hand, other people think that getting experience and soft skills is more important. Discuss both sides and give your opinion.

'
Experience
' is the best lesson to improve ourself. It happens in any part of life. It is a continuous process. For that,
one
should mingle with different kinds of people. The
University
platforms provide
such
opportunity to students. School education is
one
kind of moulding whereas
university
training is another kind of moulding. Both are very important to a generation. The
university
study gives a sort of courage, clean idea of doing a particular task, and it helps to make future plans. I myself am the example. When I was studying in Bharathidasan
University
, I got a chance to learn so many new things, say organize an event, how to prepare for a speech, etc. We were grouped as a
committee
,
such
as Stage
committee
, MC
committee
, Guest receiving
committee
, Food
committee
, Audience controlling
committee
. Each group is assigned a
job
. For each event the
committee
members will get interchanged. It's a quite nice
experience
. I have learnt in which I am strong. When I completed my
university
education, I can see huge demand of employees in IT companies, and other industries. I was able to categorize, analyse and organize things. I had a clear idea of my career. I got a
job
in a well known MNC.
On the other hand
, 'Soft Skills' are good communication skill, presence of mind, handling critical problems, creating a feasible situation around us, etc. 'Soft skills',
one
should learn from the environment and
experience
, both are interconnected I can say. Nowadays, Unversities provides soft skills programs to all department students. Even I have undergone a soft skill program, but it became possible only because I was in
university
. It was a part of my study. Soft skills alone will not help to get into an appointment. It is a part of an important quality that
one
should posses to get a
job
. Even though you are well educated, if you don't have soft skills, you will not get that
job
. As far as concern, Companies will hire a person as a new trainee, who have good academic marks as well as good soft skills (if it is proven through a certificate, much better).
Then
that person gets work
experience
there and continues if he wants
otherwise
moves to another better
job
according to his
experience
. As said before, gaining
experience
is a continuous process.
