However, some people are opposing it, they are considered as the conservatives. Though I am sympathetic to their arguments, I believe they are obstracting the betterment of our society. In this essay, I will justify my statement.

There is an argument about the result of helping underdeveloped countries economically or not economically: means with scientific recommendations and growing them actively. In my point of view both route of aiding developing countries are useful but giving them the power to grow independently without directly received expenditure may result in a longer positive effects on the future of those countries.
