Nowadays, there is a different point of view about to keep older employees or to hire younger employees. Some people say that older employees are better and more useful than the younger ones. In

 essay, I will give my opinion of both views.

 and foremost, we all know that younger employees are faster to understand new things than the older ones.

 more motivated to work than the older employees because of them is all new. Younger people have more idea and their way of thinking is different from the older people.
