The tourism industry has grown enormously over the last 50 years, and there are few places which are unaffected by it.However, tourism rarely benefits the countries which tourists visit. To what extent do you agree or disagree ?

Tourism is one of the most important industries in the economy.
Although
Suggestion
Despite
of the influence of the tourist industry,
this
created both positive and negative aspects which are affected by native countries. Personally, I partly agree that tourism, foster economic growth of the nation, but
also
damage its cultural heritages.
To begin
with, the tourist industry has generated more income for local presidents for 50 years.
Moreover
, it declines the unemployment rate of the countries.
For instance
, Vietnam has a large number of jobless people who do not have educated degrees or do not strive to find employment. Without degrees or other conditions, indigenous people are able to earn money for the payment of tourists for service bills. On top of that, the lack of awareness of passengers is the reason that I partly agree on the topic. While it is undeniable that travellers bring the wealth of nations, passengers
also
destroy historical sites and the environment. Take the example of Thailand
that is
an attractive destination, Thailand becomes one of the worst quality of air in the world, sightseers waste contributes greatly to air and water pollution. In another case, unconscious tourists engrave on Giza Necropolis in Egypt or catch fish in national lakes. To sum up, Tourism boosts the country's economy.
therefore
Suggestion
Therefore
,
this
industry destroys the environment and cultural sites. For these reasons, everything has two aspects, developing the economy, nature is damaged or preserving the environment, income of the residents will decrease.
