Some say that it would be better if the majority of employees worked from home instead of travelling to a workplace every day. Do you think the advantages of working from home outweigh the disadvantages?

Nowadays, the majority of the people can easily work from home, if a connection to the company’s server could be made. One can consider jobs outside their area, as transportation became more accessible, compared to the old days.
This
 means a variety of opportunities can open,
such
 as a better job, or a more advanced school, in change for a compromise.
However
, there are both pros and cons to decide on
this
 matter. I will discuss some of the reasons why I believe people should work from a flexible workplace, if the conditions are given. Let’s begin by looking at the advantages of telecommuting. One of the main positives of
this
 idea is the simple fact, that it does not cost a penny to get to a home office, as people do not have to pay for transportation, if the job is in the other room.
This
also
 means less pollution, as
besides
 cycling and walking, each and every commute generates pollutant gas, which is bad for the environment.
Secondly
, precious time can be
also
 saved with a remote system. The average time, for a human to get to the office in Romania, is half an hour and the exact same is applicable on the way back. By
this
 time in the bank, everyone is able to do some activity, which could not be done without that extra hour. Turning to the other side of the argument, being physically at the workplace has its own benefits,
such
 as socialization, as it is one of the most important aspect of mental health. Many employees do not have a family and staying home alone, for a considerable number of weeks, can cause depression and anxiety. Another issue, is the fact that not interacting with colleagues can lead to misunderstandings in projects. All things considered; each side has its own advantages and disadvantages and it can be noticed, that telecommuting will help everyone financially.
On the other hand
, being regularly at the office will increase our health.
