The diagram illustrates the way instant noodles are produced. Overall, there are eight stages in the
process
, starting from the storage silos of the
flour
to labelling and sealing
process
. In the
first
step, the
flour
truck will put the
flour
into the storage silos.
Then
, the
flour
will be mixed with the water and oil in the mixer unit, which
next
will be shaped as dough sheet through the rollers. In the following step, the dough sheets will continually shape as dough strips which will be made into noodles discs. Once the strips become the discs, the noodles will cook and dry with oil in the cooking unit. The
last
two stages are cupping
process
and the labelling
process
. After the noddle discs are cooked, it would be put on the plastic cup and will be added with the vegetables and spices.
Finally
, the cups that already filled with the cooked noodles discs, vegetables and spices will pass through the labelling and sealing
process
before distributed.
