Gender equality is the most important achievement of our era, but the fact that men still do esteemed jobs shows we have not been successful enough. Some people believe that the government should reserve certain percentages of these jobs for women. I agree with his idea due to the following reasons. Some people believe that people should have job opportunities based on their qualifications and pay more attention to women. I think that would be true if we had some equality for all processes of our life. It would be right if men and women had equal conditions at all stages of life. Contrariwise, women still suffer from female discrimination, directly and indirectly. So men and women don't grow up in the same situation. In
