Therefore
, creating a positive influence over the interviewers is very important for the majority of companies. Body language helps a lot in creating an influence on a person. Straight shoulders, eye to eye contact characterize an interviewee as a confident personality. Neat appearance

 helps a lot in drawing attention and making a good impression.
However
, for some companies, it is more important to have employees, who have the necessary educational background, work experience, soft skills and, a certification.
Therefore
, it is more important for these companies how the candidates respond to various questions during an interview. Their interviewees are often asked to solve some tasks related to their field. It means that the candidates get an opportunity to convince the interviewer that they are the best for their
company
. If some of them fail in providing solutions or explanations, they are about to get rejected. To conclude, in my opinion, it is important to hire a person not only with educational background, work experience and certification, but
also
 a person who will be able to represent the
company
 globally.
However
, it depends on the

 and its purposes for hiring new candidates. In the recruitment process, every

 sets its own rules.
