‘Schools should prepare students for university, rather than for work.’ How far do you agree with this statement?

There has been debated continuously about what schools should prepare for students,
such
as universities or work. While some people believe that schools should help students gain offers from universities, others believe that schools need to consider students who want to work after graduation.
This
essay will discuss why schools should prepare students for colleges rather than for work. The
first
reason is that students can gain specialized knowledge in a particular field in universities. Universities usually set a wide variety of courses. Universities provide a platform for students to obtain more detailed information on their interested area of physics to literature. From my own experience, I have a clear inclination to choose computer science simply because I am obsessed with digital matters. Another reason is that in recent years the diploma has become a key factor in the job seeking. A diploma shows that the candidate has specialised knowledge and theories in a specific area, and it’s a symbol of having sufficient academic abilities. Because employers prefer professional employees, people with better diplomas can get a better job, which is crucial to their careers. It shows that students receiving advanced education are more likely to succeed. As a conclusion, I would like to say that there is no doubt that school require to aid students to prepare for
further
study in university, for their later profession.
