Many people believe that increasing levels of violence on television and in films is having a direct result on levels of violence in society. Others claim that violence in society is the result of more fundamental social problems such as unemployment. How much do you think society is affected by violence in the media?

It is known that violence in TV shows, video games and the media may lead to an increase in the percentage of hostile actions in society
however
there are many points of view to criticize
this
aspect.
Firstly
, now a days we have plenty of regulatory legislation in order to prevent people to buy not suitable content for children, like parental advisors stickers on the cover of the movies or video games, advertisement including notes trying to aware buyers that the product is sensitive, among others.
However
, during past days
this
warnings were not necessary due to the fact that media content used to be not only more familiar, but
also
morally accepted among people.
Moreover
, we, as a society, should be able to choose what level of morality produces in all the products we enjoy, but without considering the outstanding social problem involving the example that we are receiving as a consumer of
this products
Suggestion
this product
these products
.
Nevertheless
, the source of violence is not the media itself, it might be related to the unemployment rate, lack of education and opportunities. Another aspect to consider is that
this
media is helping people getting jobs and giving living wages. In a nutshell ,
this
topic
in particular
is really controversial but, I do not think that society is affected by rampage in media,
this
field has to many positive aspect that we should know and, concluding with my personal opinion I should say that at the end everything is in the eye of the beholder, if I decide not to watch bloodshed on TV shows I just can change the channel with my remote to a more suitable content.
