Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing with regard to the order #23568CH. I bought a smart watch in your online store yesterday. The watch has many interesting features and the most value from my point of view is the possibility to measure heart rates during intensive training. Yesterday, when I receive my order it seemed that everything was working perfectly.

 morning I’ve had an interval training and discovered that heart rate measurements do not work in the watch. To be honest, I was highly disappointed as I am preparing for the Ironmen race and I need to fix my readings for analysis. As I am aware, you did not have the same watch at your store because I received a discount for purchasing the

  • Paragraph 4 - Conclusion
    • Sentence 1 - Summary
    • Sentence 2 - Restatement of thesis
    • Sentence 3 - Prediction or recommendation
