Some people think that it would be better for large companies and industry to move to regional areas outside large urban area centers. Do you think the advantaged outweigh the disadvantages?

Some are of the viewpoint that large companies have more benefits if they move from urban areas to rural areas. I support that the benefits that the industries and the public receive from
this
surpass any drawbacks. My opinion is explained in the ensuing paragraphs. The primary positive side for companies shifting from the city district to rural sector is they get a large amount of space for disposal of their waste. By
this
doing, the air
pollution
, the water
pollution
and the noise
pollution
causes by the large scale industries can be decreased and the manufacturing can
also
dispose in the proper way without the disturbing the environment. To exemplify, a recent study by Oxford, University of Britain found that 80% of total
pollution
were caused by the industry, but when the industry shifting from a metropolitan area to less populated rural area,
this
pollution
is a decline of 50%.
Moreover
, with the development of factories and enterprise in the remote areas, local people get the plethora of job, which offer by
such
companies. Well,
this
can decrease the poverty ratio of the
country
and people can get more work opportunity.
For instance
, the research by the University of Mumbai claims that 80% of employers in the
country
side prefer employees from the local areas and
this
has made the drastic change in the rural people living standard over the
last
five years.
However
, there are some negative sides of companies moving from city centres to
country side
Suggestion
the country side
. The transport facilities, resources and the raw materials are less in the rural areas. So, the production may be affected at some stages.
Furthermore
, the consumer base is not large as in the urban areas.
Thus
, the company may be suffering from economic loss at some stage of development in the suburbs. In conclusion, industries and companies in rural areas help the enterprises to increase their business without affecting the environment.
This
is
also
beneficial for local ++++residents with employment opportunities. I think that the minor loss of moving outside the
country
and it is not significant when compared to its advantages.
