Some people think that men and women have different qualities. Therefore, some certain jobs are suitable for men and some jobs are suitable for women. To what extend do you agree or disagree?

While, it is a common belief that differences in gender should be considered
one
of the most important factors to do a job well or not, some think there is no difference between men and women ’s abilities in
doing
the act that results in something coming to be
making
a career. In my opinion, there are a lot of counterexamples and it is not a general principle. On the
one
hand, I agree that there are different qualities between male and female in not only mental but
also
physical abilities.
For instance
, since men usually have stronger muscle than women, they are more capable to do some activities
such
as working in mines or digging canals, wells, sewers and underground tunnels which need more energy and power.
On the other hand
, according to some psychological research in my country, women are more suitable in doing some professions which need more patient and kind.
For example
, nursing and teaching are two samples of the careers which women usually have outstanding abilities in doing them.
Therefore
, the natural abilities of each gender could be a major factor in doing a work.
Nevertheless
, there are many evidences that there is any differences between men and women to do a job in some cases.

Suggestion
For
example, it is said that men usually have a better mathematical brain, though we can name a lot of woman that are named as best mathematics all over the world. Maryam Mirzakhani is
one
the famous female in my country which could gain a Nobel Prize in mathematics. As a consequence, while no
one
can deny the importance of differences in gender ’s abilities in doing a job, I believe that it is not a general principle and there are a lot of situations in which men and women are emerged the same.
