Some people believe that the activities of large multinational corporations mostly benefits the economies of developing countries. Other people take the opposite view and feel that these large multinationals are generally harmful. Discuss both views and give your own opinion?

It is often argued that the actions of huge global companies help the economies of developing nations, while others believe that these companies have a negative effect. In my opinion, I believe that
although
 multinational companies have some harmful impacts, overall
they
of them or themselves
their
 benefit the countries in which they do business. A growing body of research suggests that multinationals have a generally positive effect on the economies of developing countries. One key benefit is that international investment can help to create job opportunities for local residents.
This
 can lead to an increase in wages. Taking Vietnam as an example, employees
from

 multinational companies earn 20% more than staff of local businesses.
However
, there are
also
 some negative impacts which must be considered. One important issue is that global corporations can take customers from local companies.

, some local businesses are likely to close down.

, according to a recent survey, Vietnamese prefer to use smartphones from Apple rather than from local brand. In conclusion, while multinationals can benefit developing countries through creating jobs, they

 can threaten small businesses. In my opinion, despite having some issues, I believe global corporations are generally beneficial.
