Some people think its better to choose friends who always have the same opinions as them. Other people believe it's good to have friends who sometimes disagree with them. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

According to some individuals we should always befriend those persons who shares the same views as us,
on the contrary
other believes that it's better to have us as our allies who tends to differ from us in some cases.
Firstly

first
point with same beliefs, yes, most people like to be with these type of people, the reason being nobody likes to be opposed or disliked, everyone wants someone who acknowledges their thoughts.
For example
, many selves centric or influential people have these people as their friends, because they wanted to satisfy their ego by thinking that they are always right, because their associates cum friends always agree with them,
hence
they think they are always right.
On the other hand
, if we talk about the
second
case, well
this
is the right approach in my case as well as true friend has
this responsibilities
Suggestion
these responsibilities
this responsibility
of stating the facts as facts and bashing the lies as untrue.
For instance
, if due to unforseen reason I am not able to see the cons of some decision and I am taking an opinion of my friend there, it will always be benefitial for me if the opinion that he is giving is actual and true, rather than just to ackonwledge me just because I wanted to do that thing, because it might seem frustrtaing for me at that time, but in the long run I will be able to see it's consequences, once I get to know the actual results of the decision. So to summarise, I would like to restate that we should be looking to have people around us who states facts as true rather than just affirming what we said, just because you might feel bad. Because the latter will always be a problem for us in the aftermath,
although
it might seem pleasing for the time being.
