In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

It is true that, for many people, the importance of buying a
house
is far higher than renting one. In my opinion, having own home is a positive trend and
this
is no doubt influenced by a variety reasons.
Firstly
, the fact that possessing a residence is more desirable than leasing one could be attributed to a host of following valid reasons. The
first
justification is that, having a private
house
is synonymous with having unlimited freedom. In some countries, tenants are not allowed to invite guests and it is a crucial problem for many people who are outgoing and love organizing parties. Another compelling argument is that periodic rental payments could be a heavy financial burden for many people and stress out of fulfilling payments on a regular basis. Meanwhile, nowadays, many real estate companies are willing to offer alluring discount rates to those taking out a mortgage to buy houses.
Secondly
,
this
trend brings some positive things to people. Because when people want to become the owner of a
house
they will know the way to set aside money to make a purchase. From
then
on, they would not probably squander money on useless things.
For instance
, when people have the intention to buy homes, their shopping or eating habit will be changed to allocate money for buying
