Men do most of the high-level jobs. Should the government encourage a certain percentage of these jobs to be reserved for women? What is your opinion on that?

It is considered that most of the high-level jobs are being performed by men. In my opinion, I think some of these jobs should be kept for women. It is true that many men are involved in the day to day provision of income in other to take care of the

such
as medicine, engineering, banking are high-level jobs and they require extra skills and adequate care, so men are always needed in these fields to perform
such
jobs, but women should not be left out.
However
, occupations

be done by women.
Although
these jobs are stressful, the government still requires the services of women because it

In addition
, most women are seen as the breadwinners of their families. If they engage in high-level jobs, they would be able to cater to their household, thereby creating better opportunities for their loved ones. In conclusion, I believe that the government should engage both men and women in high-level jobs.
This
will ensure a better development of the society and it will
also
encourage women to work harder to earn a living.
Furthermore
, I would recommend that the government should make provision where men and women can work collaboratively,
this
will enable women to acquire more skills needed in their workplace.
