Some believe that the best way to stay fit is join a gym or health club while others think doing everyday activities such as walking and climbing stairs is enough. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
There is a belief among some people that staying fit can be achieved in gyms or health centres, while others prefer to do activities
such
as jogging, or running as a daily routine. However
, training in sport centres would be really helpful, a constant schedule for the whole life to go for a daily walk would be better.
The portion of people believe that train hard in the sport centre is the only key to stay fit. Exercising with machines or instruments leads to gain goals, such
as losing weight, or strengthening muscles, in a short period of time. However
, it is not only can make physical damages, but also
can lead to mental injuries, because when an athlete quit his or her exercises may gain weight, therefore
they will suffer from from the obesity. For example
, Maradona, who is a legend soccer player, has been dealing with both mentioned problems.
In contrast
, people who do a routine calisthenics are more joyful for all eternity. It is not frequent to get damaged ,
and unlikely to be cut by people. So, it would be a lifetime training. It not only prevent some diseases like stroke, but Accept space
,
also
it is easy to get used to it, and after fifty that people find it hard to do hard exercises, it shows its benefits.
To conclude, there are people who believe in the benefits of training in gyms and others that prefer to go running or climbing instead
, to be in shape. With respect to the group who would like to go to sports centres, in my opinion, doing an activity for a whole life would be more effective.Submitted by aaas dfadf on
