Some cities create housing areas by providing taller buildings. Others create housing by building houses on a wider area of land. What solution is better?

For decades, there has been a growing debate regarding the building typology in some areas. While in some cities, the development of the apartment complex has increased, landed housing types are still more preferable in other cities. Regarding

deprivation and overpopulation issue; to my mind, it is better for the cities to develop a high-rise building typology than a landed housing due to several reasons.

deprivation, the government might be able to save more cultivation areas by building apartment complex than landed housing. It is because the total area

used for building a high-rise building is smaller than building a landed housing cluster.

, the building facade has usually been used for vertical farming to provide more land for growing

stock. That being said, there will be more land to cultivate livestock and plants. Another reason for
