Some organisations believe that their employees should dress smartly. Others value quality of work above appearance. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

It can be frequently argued that companies should require a dress code that employees should follow in order to appear more intellectualized.
However
, other companies believe that high-standard
work
is more important than appearance. In my opinion, I believe that delivering a
work
with
quality
is by far more essential than looking clever, because at the end of the day doing an outstanding job should be the objective of every company. Perhaps it may be suggested that the
first
impression is the most important in all relationships, including commercial.
This
is because a growing body of research has shown that the
first
five-seconds of every relationship is pivotal, driving it positively or negatively.
As a result
, many company's advisors, especially in the sales sector, have suggested that wearing clothes that people related to success might increase the sales because the customers would trust more in the product.
On the other hand
, there is a different line of thinking that has
also
grown during the
last
years, where the main goal is to achieve excellence in all services, regardless the employees dress code.
This
means that the
quality
of
work
should be prioritized over every other variable in the commercial relationship.
Although
this
thought can be clearly rejected by many people,
quality
of
work
is what sustains every business, creating fidelity and thereby increasing the company's cash flow. In conclusion,
although
dressing clothes that makes the employees look better and smart is the main focus of some companies, other companies believe that delivering a
work
with
quality
is far more important, which I completely support, because
quality
Suggestion
the quality
of
work
, in my opinion, is a crucial factor for me as a customer. As an alternative, I would suggest that companies should always pursue both.
