Nowadays, many young adults find the consumption of energy drinks as a reliable way to recover from exhaustion and stress. Is this a positive or a negative development? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience

Currently, the youth thinks that by consuming
energy
drinks, they can cope up with exhaustion, work and stress. I strongly believe that it is not right and will lead to a negative development. As the person will start consuming it on a daily basis like water which is not recommended.

energy
. Despite being mentioned that it should be consumed only when the
body
is undergoing some physical activity, still some people consume it like a normal
drink
which is not recommended. Even on the television

, it is suggested for the people who do excessive physical activities. Young adults must understand that
energy

recover from some physical activity. Now, I would like to share an incident

with
a friend of mine who used to
drink
energy
drinks on a daily basis. One day, while doing her work, she was having the
energy

and
then
all of a sudden she got a stroke and fainted. She was immediately taken to the hospital and admitted. Later, the doctor told that she has high salt intake which increased her blood pressure and caused the stroke. He
also
mentioned that high salt intake can cause damage to the

in many ways over time. In short, I would say that a regular consumption of
energy
drink
is not advisable and the youth must understand the consequences they might have to face.
