In many countries today there are many highly qualified graduates without employment. What factors may have caused this situation and what, in your opinion, can/should be done about it?

Today
unemployment
becomes a major problem across the globe now. It is commonly seen that despite earning a bachelor's or master’s degree from a prominent university, still one remains unemployed. There are ample of reasons behind
this
scenario, which I will discuss in
this
upcoming essay with some solutions followed by my opinion.
To begin
with, overpopulation and tough competition among youth are primary aspects of
unemployment
.
Firstly
, a rising number of people in many countries causing
this
situation.
In other words
, it can be believed that if there are more people, there will be fewer job opportunities in the market, because these two are interconnected with each other.
Secondly
, competition is another factor, which increases the
unemployment
chart.
This
is because most people keen to pursue
further
studies in the Engineering
sector
Accept comma addition
sector, such
such
as Computer Science or the Medical field.
Therefore
, it can be predicted that there would be more graduates than actual jobs available in the corporate world.
However
, I think the government and educational institutions can tackle
this
issue.
First
of all, the government should enforce some scheme to control the population of the nation,
such
as “a child for a family”.
For example
, the Chinese Government has announced two-child policy law in October 2015, which was resulted in a positive manner. Apart from that, the university can take another step to provide "On-Campus" hiring for
last
year students;
as a result
, they would have a job before they finish their studies. To conclude, there are many factors like overpopulation and competition for
unemployment
even for highly qualified graduates. In my view, both the government and educational institutions should come together to address
this
situation.
