Some would argue that the higher officials should take all the decisions in an organization, while others would say that workers in that
firm
should
also
be included while making any decisions.
Although
people who are in high positions in a
company
are more experienced to take decisions, I believe that it is better to include other employees as they are a
part
of the
company
. On the one hand, some people think that the higher authorities are sufficient to take decisions in a
company
as they are experienced people.
That is
to say that managers are highly experienced, and are well-trained in taking effective business decisions.
For instance
, a recent article published in TimesNow newspaper stated that more than 90% of the companies in Canada have managers whose experience is more than 20 years, and most of the key decisions are taken by them.
However
, I believe that other employees should
also
be asked for their opinion before taking any
decision
as they are a
part
of the
company
.
On the other hand
, it is often believed that employees should
also
be included in
decision
taking as they are a
part
of the
firm
.
In other words
, employees know the ground reality better than the higher authorities, and they are
also
a
part
of that
firm
and has the
responsiblity
the social force that binds you to the courses of action demanded by that force
responsibility
to work for its
development

developer
developers
.
For example
, the income of Apple increased by 10% in the year 2018 after it had started taking their employees' feedback before implementing any key
decision
. I believe
this
school of thought is preferable because any
decision
taken by the organization will have an impact on its workers. In conclusion,
although
higher officials are more experienced in taking effective business decisions, I believe that other employees should
also
be included in that process as they are
also
a
part
of the
firm
.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
