. I think obesity is the major reason for a myriad of well-being issues as seen in the society, these problems can be traced to either emotional issues and lack of strength regime by the individuals. The proliferation of fast food restaurants to fit into the fast food lifestyle is a contributing factor,
although
that is
not the only problem. Most citizens are living fast paced and working more than 40 hours weekly barely thinking of the negative effects overworking is causing to their bodies and
although
they might feel in good body shape; lack of exercising is a major detriment as they get older. There are different ways to tackle
this
surge of health problems by ensuring work life balance, encouraging staff to take vacations, situating gyms in office buildings.
Also
from 30 years and above, visits to the General Practitioner yearly for medical test should be encouraged. Healthy eating should be be practised by all with the government introducing certain regulations to reduce the intake of harmful substances through food in order to boost good
vigor
forceful exertion
vigour
culture in the society. These factors should be encouraged to keep everyone in good shape, a regular strength regime should be encouraged as well as sporting activities should be mandatory in schools to cultivate a culture working out and keeping fit.
