The issue of essential decisions had in existence for many a couple of decades around the world. Almost any day of the week we can look at a newspaper and read articles discussing about

, nobody can deny that it is exceedingly difficult to replace good and wise advice could given by an experienced person.

 attitude may cause a lot of concerns among people who believe that making a

 alone is unacceptable. It can be argued that the president make a choice without meeting with colleagues.

, the head of a country consider to increase exports to other countries. In

 will decrease slowly, primarily because he doesn’t think about the result. But it is necessary to take into account all the circumstances of each individual case. From my point of view, the former opinion makes sense definitely, as it follows from my own experience. In any way, an attitude to
