It is generally believed that education is of vital importance to the development of individuals and the well-being of societies. What should education consist of to fulfill both these functions?

The map provides a comparison of Templeton and the improvements, which it has witnessed from 1990 to 2005. Looking from the overall perspective, it is readily apparent that seaside rests has experienced some changes,
such
as the extension of the railway, cutting down the trees, introducing the airport and ferry.
Besides
the significant quantity of houses has been erected. Turning to the details, the most striking change is that small hoses, which were situated near the river have been demolished in order to construct the supermarket, the blocks of flat and factory. In the 1990 the school was surrounded by the airport, while in the 2005 the airport opened up near it.
Nevertheless
the hospital and the parking lot remained in the same place. It can be clearly seen that the railway station were located in the same place,
however
the railway tracks have been put along the river and have necessitated the construction of the bridge.
In addition
, the ferry was built in the 2005.
