matter where they live or just focus on the domestic citizens. Personally, I side with the latter. On the one hand, it is quite reasonable for a lot of citizens to support charities to help people suffering abroad. Because we have to admit that there are still too many
under-developed
relating to societies in which capital needed to industrialize is in short supply
underdeveloped
areas with extremely poor life conditions all over the world which really need other organizations or countries to help them. To be more specific, Even some countries are still in a period of chaos or war, so it is absolutely not possible for them to get rid of poverty without anyone’s support.

As we all know, because we have a better understanding of our own country’s poor conditions than foreigners, so helping domestic people is more efficient for a local charity.
