In some countries, health care and education are only partially funded by the government. Some people argue that the government should be responsible for covering the full cost of these services. Do you support or oppose? Give opinion.

Healthy
life
and quality
education
are key aspects of a person’s
life
.
Government
of some countries provides partial help to their citizens.
However
, some
citizen
argues that
government
should pay fully for medical and
education
facilities. In my opinion,
government
should pay fully for primary medical and basic
education
to citizens. These free services of
government
helpful for poor or jobless people, they can use these facilities for the betterment of their
life
. Medical and
education
both of them are most costlier services. Healthy and educated people contribute in the development of a country. Healthy and well-educated people can grow well in their career and eventually it is beneficial to the prosperous country.
Moreover
,
citizen
pays taxes to the authority so they have right to get better facilities. Complex health care includes surgeries and costly medicines that should be taken care by the individual.
Similarly
, some people go overseas to pursue higher
education
that will benefit to individuals more than a country. So, an individual should bare these charges by themselves. If these services are
also
getting free of cost
then
its quality would be degraded.
Therefore
, to get quality services
citizen
have to pay at least some amount of revenue.
For
Suggestion
In
complex health care and higher

Accept comma addition
education, individual
should invest in insurance and other
government
policies. To sum it up, I opine that
government
should take responsibility for primary health and primary
education
of
citizen
fully.
Education
and healthy
life
are two basic needs of every
citizen
and a
government
is in fact, formed to make sure no
citizen
is deprived of his basic needs.
