Certain opinions believe that there should be state regulations concerning nutrition and healthy living while others opine that individuals should be able to choose what they want and how they prefer to live their life.
This
essay will argue both views and would conclude with my opinion on

topic. On one hand, the rate of obesity is gradually growing in the society and because of that it is negatively affecting the health budget as certain diseases and sicknesses that are caused by poor eating and bad habits are on the increase. Thereby putting a strain in public hospitals and health facilities. Introducing a law on

would encourage citizens to live a healthier lifestyle and reduce the prevalence of bad nutritional food and drinks.

the introduction of sugar tax on processed foods, which will thereby increase the cost of

food item and discourage random purchases by people. While
on the other hand
, the opinion is that individuals should be liable for their health and nutrition choices. As humans, we have the ability to make our choices on whatever we want. We live in a free and democratic environment where there should be no restriction of choice. As a capitalist society, the state should give a free hand to business operations without any form of undue interference as
