Many people say that cooking and eating at home is better for the individual and the family than eating out in restaurants or canteens.

Food
is one of the basic necessities of life. Some people say they eat to live, whereas there are some other
food
lovers who say they live to eat. Since earlier times, the ladies of the house, prepare
food
for themselves and their families. But with change in time, a lot of restaurants and outdoor
food
courts have emerged. The interest of people started diverting from
home
-made
food
to restaurant
food
. The restaurant
food
became really popular among the youth and they started avoiding preparing
food
at
home
.
However I
Accept comma addition
However, I
am amongst the one’s who prefer to prepare
food
at
home
. No doubt restaurants came up as an easy escape from the hard work involved in preparing
food
at
home
. But in my opinion nothing can compare with the
food
prepared at
home
. While preparing our
food
at homes, we are aware about what ingredients we are using, hygienic conditions
are maintained and by
Suggestion
and are maintained by
selecting the proper ingredients we can keep a check on our health.
However it
Accept comma addition
However, it
is totally different in the case of restaurants.
Although
most of the restaurants claim to have proper hygienic conditions in the kitchen and other factors but often fail in doing so.
Also
, the restaurants these days offering good facilities and ambience tend to be really very expensive. One can only eat at
such
places occasionally. So, why not prefer preparing
food
at
home
and enjoy all
such
facilities at economic prices. No one can know the value of
home
prepared
food
except the hostellers and those working away from
home
. I have been a paying guest during my job days in Chandigarh. So to avoid cooking, started eating at restaurants and ordering
food
from
swiggy
and
zomato
.
This
seemed to be a very easy method. But after just 1 week period, experienced severe
food
poisoning. So paid heavily for medicines and got to know the values of preparing
food
at
home
. In conclusion, no doubt one can prefer to eat at restaurants on certain special occasions, but preparing
food
at
home
is the best idea.
Home
prepared
food
is tastier, more hygienic and above all, can fit everyone’s pocket.
