In my point of view, working in a small company is better than working in the big company. Because of that, I disagree with this statement. As a person who ever worked in one of bigger company in my town, it was the worst experience in my life. Some people just now that “Big Company” will give you “Big Sallary” but they don’t know that “The Big Company” will bring you to the dark whole. You will get more pressure than in a Small Company. Because some of big companies just give the sweet thing for the first meeting. But for the next meeting, they will show up their real self. Especially in Indonesia, some of big companies don’t give the overtime wages to the employee. Not only it, they haven’t provided wages equivalent to their work.

To begin, nowadays young people are more likely to have a gap year between finishing off high school and going to university. There are both advantages and disadvantages to this matter and it is always a personal choice and subjective.

Childhood is definitely the best part of one's life and children have their own imaginations. Different kids have contrasting personalities, so a few of them enjoy being in the company of many kids while others love being in solitude. A fraction of parents prefer that their offspring should stay and relish alone. There are various benefits and drawbacks to this mindset . I will discuss both and then will eventually give my opinion.

There should not be difference in highest paid jobs and loweste paid jobs.
Some people argue that the employees should get fair wages and, the difference between the highest paid jobs and the lowest-paid jobs should be decreased. In my option, I cannot entirely agree with it, the reason is that employees only get the amount of wage, are depending on their degree level and their professional jobs.
