Some people think that it would be better for large companies and industry to move to regional areas outside large urban centers. Do you think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

In
last few decades
Suggestion
the last few decades
, Industries and corporations are growing at an exponential rate. Some believe these establishments should relocate to regional areas outside major cities.
Although
establishing them outside the urban areas make people travel to cities for some essentials and add overhead to governments budget for the public transport network in these areas, They result in reduced population congestion and improve the regional economy. In my opinion, The merits of these entities moving the regional areas to offset the drawbacks. The greatest benefit of
this
relocation is that the suburban areas enjoy an increased economy. As the companies shift to these areas, so as the people who are working there.
This
measure can result in need for shops, hospitals and real estates to boom, thereby contributing to the economy.
Also
, They reduce the population congestion in the urban areas by pulling them towards suburban where they will have better career opportunities.
For example
, Industrial parks in India are always planned outside the major cities to avoid the overcrowding of the cities.
Therefore
, migration of companies to regional areas make them more lucrative and keep the urban population under control. The main disadvantages of
this
move are the need for more elaborate public infrastructure connecting cities and additional burden for the people to transit to enjoy city life and access some services. Government may have to establish new infrastructure to handle transportation to the regional areas.
This
may put additional burden in the administration's budget.
Also
, people may need a longer trip to enjoy city life.
For instance
, If someone wants to catch a flight, they may need to drive a long distance to the city where the airport is located. Alternatively, urban dweller will have a shorter commute. In short, there are some setbacks like longer commutes and more investment in the infrastructure To recapitulate, there are people who think the companies should relocate to suburban areas. While some people may suffer due to increased commutation and governments have to spend more money, They will alleviate congestion issues and provide an economic boom to the regional sections. Do the benefits outbalance the drawbacks? In my opinion, they do.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
