These days, education plays the vital role to live a better standard of living. While some people are of the opinion that getting graduation from the university is the only way to get a better placement in a company, others believe in the experience and skills. In my opinion, even though graduation is the basic requirement for getting a good placement experience and additional skills are definitely needed for the

 modern society, education is the underpinning for everyone to survive in

 competitive world.
Therefore
, many companies and organisations are always looking for the university graduated ones to offer a job. As these youngsters are already taught by the institution, about all the basic concept which required to work in their organisation, a small amount of training and counselling is more than enough for them to work.
For instance
, nowadays most companies are conducting campus interviews at universities to offer a job for the fresh graduates, as they are capable to work efficiently.
On the other hand
, training and skills are necessary to shine better in their career. As the universities taught only the basics, additional skills and experience is must for the growth to

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.
