Some people believe that it is the responsibility of individuals to take care of their own health and diet. Others however believe that governments should make sure that their citizens have a healthy diet. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Nowadays, it is irrefutable that

. In
this
essay, I will explain and give reasons that why I believe each individual and the governments have their own
responsibility
about the topic health and
diet
. Each
person
knows
whats
what thing
what
what's
is suitable for their bodies, that means every individual have their specific
diet
and
also
genetic factors must be considerable.
For example
, overweight does not mean anymore that the
person
is sick or has a high cholesterol,

a wonderful health and because of the family
body
structure looks ‘fat’. Actually, the most people do not require a specific
diet
, because they usually eat the necessary nutrients. The result is people more satisfied with their
body
and with
control
of what they are eating. Another point of view is if the
person
are not feeling

pleased about the
body
or if the
person
are feeling sick, it means that, the individuals have not certain if their
body
is working well, it is their

looking for a specialist to find a solution. At the present time it has a wage range of health and

specialist
such
as nutricionist and endocrinologist and these professionals are able to recommend the right
diet
or might hormone if is necessary to the patient, as a results, each
person
will be guide to eat the correct amount of vitamins, vegetables and carbohydrates exactly what the
body
needs.
On the other hand
, the government is responsible for the healthy eating of their residents as well.
Firstly
, the authorities must
control
and develop effective rules about how the industries are
advertaising
a public promotion of some product or service
advertising
their products. The reason is because it is common that food industries hide some unhealthy ingredients changing its name on the label.
For instance
, it has a variety of

sugars
such
as raw
sugar
, dextran, fructose and many more other names,
although
, writing at the product packs are zero

Thus
, because of it the individual could consume something harmful and do not even know. Another key point is the
control
of disease, as an example is diabetes, obesity and high cholesterol, especially in children, as a consequence is a poor

conclusion
, it is
responsibility

the responsibility
of the individual understand what type of food is suitable for
theirself
and if it was not easy they must

Suggestion
look
for a professional that will help them. And
also
, the
governanments
the organization that is the governing authority of a political unit
governments

it does not hide some prejudicial ingredient and the
governaments

government
also
must keep their nation

healthy
. For theses reasons I affirm that both are responsible for a

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
