Work is being done on your street where you live. The noise is disturbing you. Write a letter to of complaint to your local council . In your letter you should • Introduce yourself • Explain what the problem is • Suggest solutions to the problem

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter in regards to a construction work going around in my locality which is causing severe difficulties, not only to me but to my neighbours as well. My name is Swarnim Tripathi and I am the owner of 304, Carlton Estate. Due to heavy rainfall
last
week, two lampposts fell over the main street of the locality, thereby, jamming the crossroad area. To which, now the workmen are causing a lot of noises while repairing plus
such
situation
also
caused severe traffic blockage, thereby, causing noise pollution.
As a result
, the entire area observes a heavy traffic jam, especially during office hours.
Furthermore
,
such
constant noises make it hard especially for the elderly.
Lastly
, the activity is hampering our children's education as their exams are around the corner. In order to ensure a smooth operation, for the time being, I would recommend you to open the
third
exit of the society, which lies at the backside and by doing so, a significant amount of traffic divergence can be made.
Also
, if the work can be rescheduled for the weekdays
instead
of peak hours, it will be suitable for all the residents without any hassle. Looking forward to hearing from you. Regards, Swarnim Tripathi
