Nowadays, handwriting is no longer considered as formal compared to the past due to
business
interests. In my opinion,
this
is a positive development which can bring about the state offices have less workload in their services and individuals save their documents without any deterioration. Today, the two main reasons handwriting is considered more informal are the technological changes seen in
business
communications and
business
documents. While
business
relations used to be mostly by letters or phone calls, now almost of them are conducted online.
For example
; when a meeting is organized in a company, participants are informed by an official email. At the same time, the handwritten official documents of the companies can lead to these companies suffering from unintended consequences. Due to the fact that official documents of the accounting or human resources departments are vital for companies and their employees, which may need to be kept for many years.
This
trend has
also
been reflected positively on documents belonging to public offices or individuals. While the applications were written in handwriting in public offices in the past, now there are applications with electronic signature thanks to technological development, and
this
has reduced the workload in public offices.
Moreover
, people can now keep their official documents on their computers.
Therefore
, both of these situations prevent the loss or destruction of important personal and public documents. In conclusion, as
