Adults today do not do enough exercise. Some people believe that showing major sports events like the Olympics or the Football World Cup on television encourages people to exercise. Others argue that there are better ways to encourage adults to move more. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

In our growing world, doing exercise is a vital element in order to proceed with our lives in a healthy. Unfortunately, new generation adults are not willing to do enough exercise and the number of ways that make them feel couraged is limited. Presenting significant sports events on the TV is one of those ways.
On the other hand
, there are people who do not agree with
this
idea. In my opinion, there should be other options to courage adults for sports. The ensuing paragraphs will contain the discussion of both ways.
Firstly
, sportsmen in major sports events have generally been training for long years. These sportsmen could be adults but the background of their ability depends on the past years' experiences. From
this
particular perspective, it could be said that adults might not feel young enough to do sports.
However
, there are lots of sportsmen who started their carrier at their mid-ages and
this
could bring courage of the adults back.
Secondly
, we live in a world where technology is improving day by day.
Instead
of TVs, new user-friendly applications could be an option to encourage mid-age people for sports.
For instance
, there is an application named "Live Long" which helps people to arrange their daily-life sports activities
such
as gym, walking and running. With the help of
this
kind of application, it is much easier to make people willing to exercising.
This
modern way of encouragement can lead to more accomplishments than TVs.
As a result
, using new methods in order to encourage adults should be taken into consideration rather than showing important sports activities on the TV. Keep the exercising up with new technological ways could benefit more than traditional ways.
