You should spend about 40 minutes on this task. In many workplaces, online communication is getting more common than meeting face to face. Do the advantages of this development outweigh the disadvantages? You should write at least 250 words.

Although
the virtual connection has become a popular trend among companies rather than traditional meeting, other people think that it can be detrimental. In my opinion, I consider that virtual communicating would bring more merits compared to any demerits it might bring.
To begin
with, one prominent benefit of having a virtual conversation is that it would make profitably to the financial growth of the companies. Having a mega meeting
for instance
, which involves a considerable number of staffs to participate, would require a huge place like a hall as a location for the meeting. Obviously, the
company
need to rent the hall.
As a result
, the
company
needs to spend a wealth of
money
for the expenditure of the meeting
such
as renting and transportation fees for the staffs who would go there.
However
, the
company
could save much
money
if only the meeting be done online.
Thus
, despite wasting an abundance of
money
, the
company
could save it and generating the profit of the
money
on other things. Admittedly, there is an obvious disadvantage of doing a meeting online. Safety would be an issue as privacy and personal data could be hacked.
For example
, setting up a new account in the online platform would require us giving a few of our personal information.
Consequently
,
this
circumstance would give a higher chance for hackers to steal the data, which bringing to harmful effect. In conclusion, enhancing the growth of

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
