with, I have used your ola cab travelled from thiruvanmiyur to Shollinganallur today at 8:30 A.M. The vehicle name is Hyundai Sonata and the plate number is TNO3 H 3934.
The folder is full of my degree certificates and my previous employer relieving certificates.
Although
these documents can be obtained as a copy from the "Document and Lost" department, these physical documents are necessary to submit it
to the immigration officer in a couple of days. I cannot get those copies from the department in a short time.

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
