Some people believe that women should play an equal role as men in the country's police force or military force , while others think women are not suitable for these kinds of jobs. Discuss both the views and give your own opinion.

According to some people, females need to play a similar role as males in the country's
police
or military.
However
, others contradicted
this
point of view. In my opinion,
although
the involvement of females can have some benefits at these positions, the drawbacks seem to outweigh the advantages in
this
case. To initiate the benefits of having a similar role of women the same as men in the
police
. The
first
and foremost pro is the elimination of gender bias. To elaborate, females can prove their intelligence in terms of arresting lady criminals where the male
police
officers are strictly prohibited.
As a result
, females may get respect and rights equal to men in society without any gender discrimination. To cite an example, the Arab countries
such
as Dubai, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia in which only the lady
police
officer can arrest lady criminals, while the men cannot due to Islamic prohibitions. Despite the advantages, the involvement of women in the
police
has a number of disadvantages. The primary drawback is the lack of physical strength. To elaborate, women are likely to feel tired very easily while taking a jump from the buildings to cover the area for catching terrorists and run behind the thieves because it requires more stamina than ladies may not have. Another major negative side is emotions as handling the situations
such
as murder, rape, political and religious genocides seem to be a complicated task for women;
therefore
, the male
police
officers are rather prioritised because of strong mental and physical ability than females. In conclusion, from my point of view, though involving females in
police
or military is associated with a number of benefits, it has more negative effects due to the low physical power and sensitive behaviour of the women.
