The quality of the health care a person receives should not depend on the size of their bank balance. The government is responsible for providing a high level of healthcare for all its citizens. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

No doubt, the medical facilities are increasingly becoming the topic of discussion these days;
however
, it is generally believed that the government must be provided with those services to all the taxpayers. Receiving good quality medical facilities should not be based on ones' bank balance.
Although
 getting money from the patient is necessary in order to give salaries to doctors, I would disagree on
this
 statement, as I think getting health services is a basic need of everyone. There is no doubt that for some financial reasons, depending on the quality of treatment on individuals' bank balance is a must. The
first
 reason is that as in hospitals a doctor is taken higher salary than other professions, it has become the duty of government to pay them.
That is
 why most of the treatments are expensive. There may be a chance to offer
such
 facilities to the rich people only, which would mean to offer health care according to the money that one has. Whilst, to provide medical facilities to their voters is a responsibility of any government. Because the lawmakers have been chosen for the development of a nation.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
