Nowadays, people prefer to hire some workers to take care of their house and sometimes even their kids, it has a lot of benefits for them and their workers, but in my opinion, it should not be encouraged. This essay will delve into the reason why it is beneficial to hire people for such jobs and will lead to a logical conclusion as well.

It is thought that recycling waste products from home is not enough, so the best approach to overcome this problem is that the government will have to provide some legalisation with regards to this issue. In this essay, i will illustrate the role of legalisation in this issue and why I'm in disagreement with this.
