ountryside away from metro cities. In my opinion, the merits of
this
decision lead the demerits by a significant margin.
Firstly
, the process of
this
shifting of industries will be beneficial for the localities and provide a homogenous growth at the national level. Scattered industries over the whole country will provide development to all the corners and sub-parts of the nation rather than to some privilege parts. In India,we can see a similar situation where nowadays the call centres are becoming helping hand in their regional growth in the state of Maharashtra.
Secondly
,
This
shifting of interest is
also
advantageous for the public residing in cities . Since
this
will reduce the pressure of
such
high population on its local resources. We can see a similar situation in Delhi and nearby areas where the traffic system is being crumbled due to the tremendous pressure of numerous offices and industries around the city.
Moreover
, I believe these reforms would be welcomed by corporate bodies since
this
would be favourable for the organisation's financials
also
. The focus shift might result in staffing problems for a short period of time but a thorough and legitimate training plan would be advantageous in over a period of time since it provides workforce at a cheaper rate as compared to metros. In Rajasthan, India we can see an industry shift of automotive parts to a small town of Neemrana which results in a huge decrease in unemployability rate of the area.
Although
, there are some negative aspects of
this
decentralisation of business operation where stakeholders might face some disruptions till the whole process runs smoothly. To conclude, administration bodies of many sovereign states are transferring the industry focus from metropolis to the countryside.
This
step is bringing about lots of blessings in urban life and its disadvantages are clearly too few to consider.
