Digitalization causing computer games to be popular mainly among children. Even though it has the advantage of enhancing cognitive intelligence, it is more hazardous to the human eye and brain due to excessive use of digital media. So I agree with the given statement. There are several disadvantages to computer gaming. In earlier days children used to play outside their home by interacting with their fellow mates which would increase sociality, adjusting, sharing nature. On Contrary nowadays for children sit in front of computers spending lots of time, which is causing major problems like reducing eye sights, loneliness, social distancing.
