. I disagree with
this
trend because they can perform their job easily in any field equally as men.
This
essay will discuss why women should be given an opportunity to perform in the
police
force
. The main advantage of commencing involved women in the
police
force
is to make them equally strong and sociable as man does. If they take part in
police
force
they will become more confident and strong to bear with problem arise in their life.
For example
, study research concluded the women who are indulged in the
police
force
are more active and physically and mentally strong than those who just have to trial inside the house.
Secondly
,
this
sort of job make them secure and they can protect themselves from a crime like a robbery, rape and so on.
For instance
,to join the
police
army they have to do training as well as become physically and mentally strong which aid them to fight against the crime which might happen any time with them. That way, there should not be any restrictions for women to join the
police
force
.
However
, some people assumed, women should not task in the
police
force
. They might think these because they consider women are very weak and cannot be indulged in physical exercise which they have to procrastinate during training time.
In addition
, they consider women need to do light production not heavy effort as they are not capable to do. Most importantly people think Women are weak by heart and mind so they should be involved in
such
a group. But, in my opinion, there is nothing which women had not done like men. To exemplify, the women had climbed the tallest Mount Everest, become a most talent
force
's officer,
first
prime minister and so on. So if the opportunity will be given they can easily build up their carrier and any field likes the
police
force
.
Hence
, they should be equally given priority to join the
police
force
. To conclude, even though some people assumed women are not born to

officer as they are very weak physically and mentally. In my opinion, equal priority should be given to women as well. They can do what men can do and no matter how hard but should be given the chance to prove themselves.
