In modern society, there is no longer the attitude that “a
job
 is for life”. Nowadays, many
people
 take the option to change
jobs
 while others prefer not to. . In
this
 essay, I will discuss the viewpoints of both supporters and opponents, as well as give my own opinion. On the
one
 hand, a few
people
 prefer to do the same business for the same company for the following two reasons.
One
 of the main benefits of staying in
one
job
 is security. Changing work often means a period of instability, where
one
 may have to think about moving house or temporarily losing a steady source of income.
Thus
, staying in
one
job
 means these problems are avoided. Another benefit of not changing occupation is that
one
 is able to gain a lot of experience and expertise in his specific field.
On the other hand
, there are arguments in charge of changing
jobs
 frequently.
First
 of all, working in several different
jobs
 often means that an individual/employee has more skill because
people
 are seen as more dynamic and versatile.
Secondly
, from my own experience, I got bored when I spent too much time in a
job
. Following

, the quality of my work would suffer.
Therefore
, another benefit of changing works regularly is that

 never get stuck in a rut.
Besides
, increased wages and promotion are usually easier to attain by changing

. All in all, it can be said that the disadvantages of changing

 are the advantages of staying put and vice versa. As I see it, changing

 every once in a while is a bit more beneficial.
