SOME PEOPLE THINK THAT DEVELOPED COUNTRIES HAVE A HIGHER RESPONSIBILITY TO COMBAT CLIMATE CHANGE THAN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES. OTHERS BELIEVE THAT ALL COUNTRIES SHOULD HAVE THE SAME RESPONSIBILITIES TOWARDS PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT. DISCUSS BOTH VIEWS AND GIVE YOUR OWN OPINION.

Nowadays, there are so many questions about
climate
change
 all over the world
such
 as global warming and low rainfall. And
then
, developed and developing
countries
 are both struggling to control temperature development. In my opinion, both communities are responsible to deal with
climate
 switch no matter where they live.
First
 of all, I agree that developed
countries
 have a more high responsibility to argue about
climate
change
 since the government of developed
countries
 have more enough staff and rich organizations to solve the complicated points of the weather. As long as you know, in developing ,
countries
 people are not even having enough food and medical resources with bad environments
such
 as drought and mounted garbage. Due to lack of financial supports and resources to help them from a government that's the reason why they can not afford to
change
 for clime in developing
countries
. In my view, developing
countries
 should have a high responsibility as developed
countries
 have. They should be fair and cooperative with each other for worldwide matters.
However
, we have to consider how developing
countries
 are in tough situations financially and materially. In
this
 case, they need to be supposed from the other
countries
 like the
countries
 have a big economy. After they solve the serious issues for ,except
climate
change
 in developing
countries
, I swear that people in developing
countries
 have enough motivations to handle the weather problems. All things considered, I think cooperation from both
countries
 between developing and developed
countries
 is very important to handle with weather issues well. I hope one day they are able to collaborate and work together for
climate
 problems all over the world.
However
, it should be taken so much time in the future.
